Our online booking system is straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring you can secure your spot with just a few clicks. If you have a booking but are unable to make it, we will do our best to accommodate you by moving your booking to another time slot. Please note that this is subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to discuss your options and find a suitable alternative.

Any children under the age of 13 require supervision while playing at SoccerShack. We recommend that a responsible adult remains on-site to ensure the safety and well-being of the child. Our staff is trained to assist, but parental supervision is crucial for younger players to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Each Xperience session at SoccerShack lasts for one hour, inclusive of getting ready. This duration is designed to provide ample time for participants to engage fully in the activity, enjoy the game, and make the most out of their experience. If you have specific needs or require longer sessions, please contact our team to discuss your options.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Xperience booking. This allows sufficient time for check-in, briefing, and any necessary preparations before your session starts. Arriving early ensures that you can start your Xperience on time and enjoy the full duration without any delays or interruptions.

Walk-ins are acceptable but subject to availability. We highly recommend pre-booking your Xperience to avoid disappointment and secure your preferred time slot. Pre-booking ensures that you have a guaranteed spot, especially during peak hours when demand can be high.

Refunds cannot be credited for cancellations; however, we will always look to rebook your Xperience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find an alternative time slot that works for you, subject to availability.
