What is SoccerShack?
At Soccer Shack, we’re not simply reimagining football; we’re reinventing it. Nestled in Kingsfield Business Park, Northampton, alongside complementary leisure-style businesses, we’re poised to create a vibrant leisure hub. Our goal is to infuse traditional football arenas with a fresh, modern twist, offering an immersive and dynamic experience for all ages.
Our indoor facility caters for all ages. Whether you are 5 or 65, we offer year-round opportunities for immersive football experiences. From parties to school holiday camps, our diverse range of activities ensures everyone stays engaged.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, spectators are allowed, but we kindly ask that you limit the number to no more than two persons per participant. This ensures that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, both on and off the pitch. Our spectator areas are designed to provide a great view of the action while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
How can I book an Xperience?
Booking an Xperience at SoccerShack is easy. Please head to our bookings page on our website, where you can choose your preferred date, time, and type of Xperience. Our online booking system is straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring you can secure your spot with just a few clicks. What are the opening times?
We are open from 8 am to 10 pm every day, providing ample opportunity for you to enjoy a game at a time that suits you best. Whether you prefer early morning sessions or late evening matches, SoccerShack is ready to accommodate your schedule. Our extended hours ensure you have the flexibility to fit football into your busy life.
How many can play per Xperience room?
Each Xperience room can accommodate a maximum of four players. This allows for an optimal balance of space and interaction, ensuring that everyone has enough room to play and enjoy the game. Whether you’re playing with friends, family, or colleagues, our Xperience rooms provide a comfortable and engaging environment for all participants. How long do games/activities last?
Each booking is for one hour. This includes time for warm-ups and cool-downs, ensuring you get a full session of play. Our hour-long slots are designed to provide a satisfying experience without feeling rushed, allowing you to make the most of your time on the pitch.
What do I wear to play?
Appropriate sportswear must be worn. Please note that jeans and regular shoes are not allowed. Additionally, no studs are permitted within the facility, and moulded trainers must be worn for safety and performance reasons. This dress code helps maintain the quality of our pitches and ensures a safe playing environment for everyone. I have made a booking, but I can’t make it. What do I do?
We will remain flexible and try and move your booking to another timeslot however this is subject to availability.

The term “3G” refers to third generation Artificial Grass Pitches (AGPs) that are specifically designed to meet the needs of footballers by more closely replicating the playing characteristics of natural turf than historic AGPs. These pitches provide a consistent playing surface that enhances performance and reduces the risk of injury.
How does a 3G playing surface differ from other artificial grass surfaces?
A 3G pitch has a longer pile length than other forms of artificial grass, typically ranging from 40mm to 65mm. A 3G pitch usually has an infill material consisting of a mixture of sand and rubber crumb, which provides better shock absorption and mimics the feel of natural grass more closely than other artificial surfaces.
HOW LONG CAN I BOOK A PITCH FOR?
Pitches are booked in sessions of one hour, with a maximum booking duration of two hours per customer. This ensures that more players have the opportunity to enjoy our facilities. ARE THE PITCHES SUPERVISED DURING PLAY?
For private bookings, there is no guarantee of supervision; however, there will always be trained staff on site. Our staff is available to assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
DO YOU SUPPLY A REFFEE FOR EACH PITCH?
Referees are only supplied for tournaments. For regular bookings, teams will need to arrange their own referees.

Holiday Clubs
WHEN ARE THE HOLIDAY CLUBS OPEN?
Our holiday clubs are open during all school holidays and extended private school dates, operating from 8am to 4pm. These clubs provide a fun and engaging environment for children to stay active and make new friends during their time off from school.
HOW MANY CHILDREN WILL BE AT EACH CLUB DATE?
Each club date can accommodate a maximum of 60 children, with a suitable ratio of staff to ensure proper supervision and safety. Our staff is trained to provide a fun and secure environment for all participants, ensuring that each child receives the attention and care they need.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY A PACKED LUNCH FOR MY CHILD?
No, a packed lunch is included in the package. We provide nutritious meals and snacks for all children attending our holiday clubs. If your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate their needs.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNTED RATE FOR RETURNING PLAYERS?
Yes, we offer discounts for recurring players. Please discuss this with our staff to find out more about the available options and how to apply for the discounted rate. We appreciate the loyalty of our regular players and strive to make our services more affordable for them.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING WITH THEM?
Your child needs to be equipped in sporting wear and always have a drink. Comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate footwear are essential for their safety and comfort during activities. We recommend labeling all personal items to avoid any mix-ups or lost belongings.
IS THERE A FEE/FINE FOR LATE PICKUP/COLLECTION?
No, we do not impose a fee or fine for late pickup or collection. We understand that delays can happen, and we strive to be accommodating and understanding. However, we appreciate timely pickups to ensure our staff can manage their schedules effectively.
WHAT AGES ARE THE CLUBS AIMED AT?
Our clubs are aimed at children from reception age to 12 years old. We provide age-appropriate activities and supervision to ensure that each child has a positive and enjoyable experience. Our staff is trained to cater to the needs of different age groups, ensuring a fun and engaging environment.
WHAT IS THE EARLIEST DROP OFF TIME?
The earliest drop-off time for our holiday clubs is 8am. This allows parents to drop off their children before heading to work or other commitments. Our staff is ready to welcome the children and start the day’s activities promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN WE INVITED TO A SOCCERSHACK PARTY?
You can invite a maximum of 16 people to a SoccerShack party. This limit ensures that everyone has enough space to enjoy the activities and that our staff can provide the best possible experience for all attendees. If you have specific needs or requests, please contact us to discuss your options.
DO PARENTS HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHILE THE PARTY IS ON?
At least one parent of the birthday child needs to be present during the party. This ensures that there is a responsible adult on hand to address any specific needs or issues that may arise. Our staff will handle the party activities, but parental presence is required for additional support.
IS THERE A PLACE TO STORE GIFTS?
Yes, we provide a secure box for storing gifts during the party. This ensures that all presents are kept safe and organized, allowing the birthday child and their guests to enjoy the festivities without worrying about their belongings. DO YOU OFFER AN EXCLUSIVE HIRE OF THE ENTIRE VENUE?

WHAT LEVEL OF COACHING BADGE WILL THE COACHES HAVE?

I BOOKED A 8-ON-1 SESSION, BUT ONLY 3 PLAYERS ARRIVE. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A 3-ON-1 SESSION?
No, you will only be charged for what you have paid for. If fewer players attend than initially booked, the cost will be adjusted accordingly. Please inform our staff of any changes in your group size as soon as possible to ensure accurate billing and appropriate arrangements.
I HAVE A 11-A-SIDE TEAM. CAN I BOOK THEM ALL IN FOR ONE SESSION WITH A COACH?
